Of course! We want them to give us a try too! The kids can play with a signed parent waiver.


All Members must be 13 years of age or older. Members 13-17 years old must have a legal guardian sign the membership agreement, and can then enjoy their workouts unaccompanied. 


Yes! We have certified personal trainers available to help you reach your fitness goals. Contact us for more information!


Members can download our Decatur Athletic Club Elite app available in the Play Store or App Store to access their barcode, book for group classes, schedules, and more!


 Choose a plan that includes 24/7 access—or add it to your membership—and download the Alta Open app to unlock the doors anytime, any day! 


 Yes, members or guests should bring their own locks if they desire. Lockers are for daily use only!


Ages 6 weeks - 12 years old


 Members can bring a guest for free every Friday and Saturday! First-time guests are always complimentary—returning guests may join again with a guest fee.


 You absolutely can freeze your Membership for any reason. We know that life happens and you may not be able to make it into the gym. Stop by or call to make any changes to your account. 


 You should eat no more than 2 hours prior to your session, be very hydrated, and make sure that you are well-rested!
